Spend a relaxing few hours getting creative and being inspired by the beautiful sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks in Salcombe.
During the morning you will have the chance to select a leaf, twig or flower from the gardens and use them to create a pendant from silver clay, which you will take away with you!
This workshop includes 5g of silver clay - enough to make a stunning pendant.
*Please note the ticket price does not include entrance to Overbecks if you are not a National Trust member - the entrance fee is £11. If you are a member entrance is included.

This silver clay jewellery workshop is ideal for beginners or those with some experience, and you'll get the chance to experiment with silver clay and learn about it’s unique properties.
Guided by jewellery designer Rebecca Lucy, this is your chance to escape from the outside world and get creatively inspired by nature.
During this fun, informal workshop you'll learn how to use natural leaves, twigs and flowers to create a recycled silver pendant using silver clay. The workshop is relaxed and friendly and lasts approx 2-2.5 hours depending on how many pieces we need to fire.
You’ll create a beautiful, unique fine silver pendant to take home and treasure!
Over the course of the workshop you'll learn:
An introduction to silver clay and it's properties
Using natural objects to create impressions on your piece
How to fire and finish your magical creation
What's included:
5 grams of silver clay - this is enough to make a stunning pendant (more is available to by on the day for £10 per packet if needed)
Use of tools and equipment
Leaves, twigs and ready-made casts for you to try
Tea & Coffee
Workshops are kept small and friendly. By the end of the course you will have produced a beautiful piece of silver jewellery to take home and enjoy.
