  • If you need help with your brand then I’ve got you! You’ll get exclusive access to my branding course and copy guides for each of the main pages.

  • You’ll get 14 days of support via email to ensure your template works for you, plus Squarespace themselves have a great support system too.

Are you looking for a bit of extra support, or perhaps you’d like to save time and get your site live within 2 weeks!

With my VIP add-on I’ll customise the template for you. All you need ready are your images, brand and words (use my handy guides to help with that!)

When you purchase your template, you can select to add on this service, or alternatively drop me an email on rebecca@rebeccalucy.co.uk to schedule in your VIP customisation. This can normally be done within 14 days of purchase.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you purchase your template, you will be asked for the email associated with your Squarespace account. As we need to manually send it over, you will receive access to your template within 48 hours.

  • Yes, you will need a Squarespace account in order to access the template. However you do not need to sign-up for a paid plan for 90 days - that means you get 90 days to edit your template instead of the usual 2 weeks!

  • You will also need to purchase:

    • A domain. This can be done through Squarespace and costs around £20 a year, but it's free for your first year!

    • Web hosting - you pay this to Squarespace directly and I'll help you choose a plan. Business plans start at £24 a month, however as I am a Squarecircle member you'll get 20% off your first year!

  • It’s true, you can start with a free Squarespace template, however they are very generic and need a lot of customisation.

    With one of my templates you are getting the equavalent of a professionally designed website, specifically aimed at your niche, for a fraction of the price of a bespoke design!

  • If you purchase the VIP template customisation add-on, the following applies:

    • We will contact you to set a date for delivery of your customised template.

    • This will normally be within 2 weeks of purchase, however timeframes may vary at busy periods. Please contact me on rebecca@rebeccalucy.co.uk if you have a deadline to check availability.

    • Before we can customise your template, you will need to provide images, text and brand (font, colours and logo). 

    • Customisation includes adding of 5 products and 1 workshop listing. Other listings can be added at £50 each.

    • Customisation does not include additional page design. Bespoke pages can be designed at £250 per page.

    • We can provide copywriting and brand development at an additional cost - please contact me for details.

    • You will be responsible for starting your hosting plan with Squarespace and will set up payment directly with them.

  • No, I do not provide a copy writing service. However I do provide you with my copy writing guides to help you get everything ready for the site. I can also recommend copy writers if needed.

  • As part of the basic package I provide my Brand Guide to help you easily develop a beautiful brand yourself.

  • I don't provide images, however I do provide guidelines to help you collate your images. I can also help source stock images if needed.

  • Unfortunately not, this template will need to be a new website within your account. You can however transfer your Domain across when ready.

  • I will contact you to set a date for delivery of your finished site. You will need to provide me with the copy, images and brand first. So long as everything is in place, this can normally be done within 14 days of purchase.

  • I want to empower you to be able to update your website yourself (saving you money too!) so you get access to a training video to help you edit your template. I also provide 14 days of email support. Plus Squarespace provide amazing technical support too. I do however have a special offer for clients who need me to go in an make changes on an ad-hoc basis.

  • The template costs £350. If you would like the VIP Re-style add-on this is an additional £1,000.

    On top of this you will also need to purchase a domain (free for the first year then approx £20 a year) plus a Squarespace hosting subscription which starts at £24 a month, paid directly to Squarespace.

  • Short answer - yes! Whilst there is some tech to get your head round, the Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine is really siple and intuitive for non-techy’s to use.

    However, if you’re really unsure or you’d just like to get your site finished lickity split, then my VIP Add-on could be for you! This is a done-for-you service where I take your words, images and brand and customise the template for you!
